When did you last thank your husband for making you feel really good during sex? Have you ever mentioned how great it was the next morning?

Most (read virtually all) husbands would like a lot more vocal affirmation that they’re making sex good for their wife. We generally assume saying nothing means it wasn’t worth the words. No news is bad news when it comes to sex. Aside from caring about your pleasure, he worries he’s not doing a good job.

I suspect a lot of women don’t do this because they don’t feel comfortable talking about sex, especially when they aren’t having sex. “Good girls don’t talk that way” and all that. I suggest you push past that and tell him when it’s particularly good. If you let him know what exactly you enjoyed, you’ll probably get more of it.
