It’s been eleven months since I mentioned gratitude here. Bad Paul, no cookie for you!

Gratitude is a powerful thing. Studies find that spending a few minutes a day thinking about what we have to be grateful for changes us. We feel happier, we have less worry and stress, and we get along better with others. Focusing on the things in our marriage we should be grateful for results in a better marriage. And if you share with your husband what you’re grateful for, that changes things for both of you.
I suggest you start a gratitude journal. Use an actual journal or do it electronically on your phone. Just spend a few minutes every day thinking and writing. Once a week go back and read what you wrote a month ago.
~ Paul – I’m XY, and you can express your thanks for this tip if you like! 😎
