Unlock Your Orgasmic Potential: Asking for What You Deserve

Flo Health, the makers of an app that tracks a woman’s cycle, asked its 65 million monthly users about their sex lives. They say that 58% of the women in the United States aren’t fully satisfied with the quality of their orgasms, and 62% are unhappy with how often they orgasm.

So it’s not just you.

A woman having an orgasm

There are a lot of reasons for this, and I discuss those both here and over on The Generous Husband. But the bottom line is you have not because you ask not. No, it’s not as simple as asking for more and better orgasms, but that is a necessary second step. The first step is believing you deserve more and better orgasms. Another important step is communicating that not having one when you want one is no longer acceptable. Do that kindly, but be firm about it.

Then talk about what needs to change to resolve the problem. More foreplay, you getting yours before he gets his, some adult show and tell, buying a vibrator, or whatever else you think will help.
